Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using 2KA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2KA is a native iOS dual-camera app offering front and rear camera capture, PiP and split layouts, video, Live Photo, filters, and on-device AI creation features. We may improve or adjust features at any time.

Some advanced features require a 2KA PRO auto-renewable subscription or lifetime purchase:

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically.
• Your Apple ID is charged when you confirm purchase, and subscriptions renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown on the purchase screen when the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime in system settings or App Store subscription management. After cancellation, access usually continues until the end of the current billing period.
• A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase tied to the Apple ID used for purchase and can be revalidated with Restore Purchases.

Photos, videos, and creations you make with 2KA belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

When using 2KA, you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the normal operation and security of the service.

The 2KA app, brand, interface, and related technology are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to 2ka Studio. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that it will meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2ka Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time, with material changes shown in the app or on the website. If you violate the terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

Subscription, lifetime purchase, and refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store policies. If you have trouble purchasing, restoring purchases, or accessing PRO features, contact us through the support email.
