Privacy Policy

2KA is designed privacy-first by default. The app does not require a 2KA account and does not track you across apps or websites.

• Photos, videos, and Live Photos you capture are saved on your device and in the system albums you choose by default.
• To determine 2KA PRO access, the app reads verified transaction status returned by Apple StoreKit.
• Camera, microphone, photo library, and motion sensor access are used only when you use related capture, audio, saving, stabilization, or level features.

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving 2KA's dual-camera capture and creation features.
• Verifying subscriptions, restoring purchases, and determining PRO access through Apple StoreKit.
• Saving media you create and recovering interrupted local recording segments when needed.

2KA's filters, compositing, person segmentation, background replacement, and framing assistance run locally on your device by default. The current version does not upload your photos, videos, camera feed, or AI analysis results to 2KA servers.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking. We only share necessary information in limited cases:

• When you explicitly consent.
• Subscriptions, trials, lifetime purchases, and refunds are processed by Apple App Store, and payment information is managed by Apple.
• When required by law or necessary to protect users and public safety.

Media files, temporary recording segments, preferences, and verified entitlement state are primarily stored locally on your device. Local data is protected by system encryption and access controls. You can delete saved media in Photos or remove app data by deleting the app.

You remain in control of your data:

• Manage 2KA's camera, microphone, photo library, and motion sensor permissions in system settings at any time.
• View, share, or delete your saved creations in the system Photos app.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

2KA is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be shown in the app or on the website, and the last updated date will be revised.
